Nice map. Sounds like fun.

What's in Seattle? What happened to the farm in upstate NY? We need more information here.

Do you have tentative dates? While unlikely, it's possible that we might visit my parents in St. Louis this summer.

Wow. Looks like a Becca-scaled adventure. Be sure to say hi while you're in Utah!

What is the mode of transportation? moto? bike?
What are the estimated dates?
Is that a detour into the Tetons? I'll be there is July.
I am 100% thrilled to be at the final destination!!!!

Well. If you need a place to stay in Las Vegas let me know. I'll be happy to have you stay.
I do have to say though, I love Seattle and if you haven't been there before I would go there.
Depending on where you are in Cali, you can always make a weeked trip of Sin City

In St. Louis on Aug 6/7th

If I can't get anyone to come with for stage 2, I'll just head straight to Seattle from Utah, but if I have a hop on, I'll swing down to Vegas and then do the coast.

If you click on the stop points, there's a tentative itinerary although stage 2 doesn't have exact dates since I don't know how long I'm hanging out in UT. Could be a day or a week.

I forgot how many cool people I know across the red, white and blue.

Hey Becca,
On stage 2 of your trip it appears that you are going right through amazing and exciting Bakersfield, CA. If you are looking for a place to stay with AC (since it will be 115 in August) I KNOW that Rog and Sue would love to put you up. You could take a dip in the pool and sleep in "the cowboy room." I am SOOOO excited to explore the United States!!

You've already got tons of offers for lodging, but, if you pick option 1 for Stage 2--we're about 4.5 hours from Seattle. We'd love to put you up for a night if you just can't make it that last little leg!

What's in Seattle? Do you have stuff lined up already? I'm not fully connected, but I did work there a couple of years. Maybe I can help?

I think I'd like to join you for Stage 2. Let's discuss.

It's a shame we're not on the west coast anymore to chill. But I have been to the Prairie Creek before. We actually preferred the nearby Flint Ridge, because it was cheaper (i.e. free) and less crowded (one other camper in the campground). But if you are camping there with a smallish group you might feel more safety in numbers at Prairie Creek!

If you opt for the gray route for stage one, Colorado's a beautiful place to visit this time of year. Even if you just need to stop for the night, I'd love to see you!

Becca - I'm sad you're leaving NYC. What will you be doing in Seattle? If I get out that way I'll most definitely look you up. Your trip looks fun, enjoy!!!
