in march, i had probably the most amazing joint birthday party ever. it started off with a game of capture the flag in harlem and ended in a dance off where 4 teams, led by team captains, had 30 minutes to choreograph and perform a dance routine to assigned war-themed songs. getting a large group of 20-somethings to dance their brains out in central park...it was the gift that keeps on giving. allow me to share.

amy had this as her status update for a couple days. it was at least a couple of days worth of funny.
i'm breaking the blog silence mainly to get a certain post off of the front page and for some reason it made more sense to write a bogus entry than to change my settings.
this is the color scheme in my apartment. obviously, looking at the colors on a computer screen is probably a bad idea, but oh well. also, it has clearly been met with mixed reviews. some have been more vocal than others in their disgust for these chromatic choices. 
but guess what. i love it so much. being saturated in color makes me happy. and at least cyndi would back me up on this one.
